There is a particular frustration that only happens to people who are genuinely good at what they do.
You watch someone with half your talent get chosen, booked, remembered, while you, the one who actually does the exceptional work, stay the best-kept secret in your field. Known by the few who have worked with you. Invisible to almost everyone else.
It is tempting to call that a visibility problem and to fix it by posting more. It almost never is. Your work is visible. The website is up, the portfolio is there, the quality is obvious to anyone who looks. Something else is missing, the thing that would make the right people not just see your work, but want you.
This week on Iconic Tuesdays I am going to show you exactly what that is, and I am going to do it live, on a real person.
Once a month I take one person from this community, their actual website, their actual profiles, and I read them in real time. No script, nothing they can hide behind. I find the gap between how good they are and how little the room can tell, live, while you watch. This week is that week.
Live Tuesday, no replay. It happens in the room or it does not happen for you.

The concept.
One idea from the work I do with private clients, explained the way I'd explain it to them. Not a preview of something for sale. The whole idea, with the examples that make it usable.
The self-diagnosis.
Then I turn it on you. You get the questions I'd ask you in a first session, a way to score yourself, and what your score means. You do it there, while the concept is still fresh, and you leave knowing where it's already working for you and where it's working against you. Share your result in the chat or keep it to yourself. Your choice. Nobody can do this part for you, and it's the part that changes what you do on Wednesday.
Your questions.
Ask, and I'll answer you, not the room in general. If the honest answer is "that needs the work", I'll tell you that too.
The last Tuesday of the month: a live read.
One person, drawn from those who complete the registration questionnaire, has their positioning and communication read live, in front of everyone. It's the closest you'll get to watching me think in real time without booking a session.
"Perfection vs clarity, this concept is so helpful. I'm already thinking of something I need to be clearer about."
Mike, written in the chat during a Tuesday
There is no Replay, on purpose.
A recording is content. This is a room. What changes people isn't hearing the concept, it's answering the questions while I'm still there and everyone else is doing the same. Record it and it turns into a file you'll never open.
So the deal is simple: you register, you come, or you catch the next Tuesday. The people who get the most out of this room are the ones who treat it like an appointment, not a link.
"Good morning, Claudia! Last week's message really resonated with me. Thank you! Now I look at my positioning with 'new eyes' (as you said on the live!)"
Julie, written in the chat during a Tuesday

Your work is at its peak. The way you're perceived is two chapters behind.
Your clients are premium, or should be, and they don't buy from the loudest person in the market. They buy from the clearest.
You've evolved. Your brand still describes the version of you from three years ago, and it's bringing you that version's clients.
Referrals come. Inbound doesn't. Outside your circle, nobody can say in one sentence what you're for.
You've been told to post more, pick a tighter niche, build a bigger personality, and something in you refused. Good. That instinct is correct, and this room will show you why.
If you're at the start, the room will move faster than you can use, and you'll leave with a list instead of a decision. If you want a persona to hide behind, I'm the wrong person: my work takes them off. And if you're looking for a replay to watch on Sunday, there isn't one.
Forty-five minutes on a Tuesday, live, and honest answers to a few questions you'd rather not be asked. That's the whole price.
Your brand is describing a previous version of you: five signals
How to reposition without losing what you've already built
Warmth as a status signal: warmth from need, warmth from security
The signals premium clients read before they decide to trust someone
The clearest wins, not the best: the paradox of expertise
Known versus chosen: the reach engine and the specificity engine
Why people who like your content still don't buy
How to stop competing on price without changing what you charge
Why referrals dry up when you evolve, and how to fix it
The ROI of becoming unmistakable
A new concept every Tuesday. A live read on the last Tuesday of the month.

I'm Claudia Barberis. I do positioning, but starting from who you actually are, not from what the market rewards.
Twenty years, only in luxury and premium markets. I started in fashion, at Loro Piana and Valentino, then opened my own practice in Milan. Since then, around 1,500 clients across Italy, the United States, the rest of Europe and Brazil: founders, executives, consultants and professionals whose own clients are premium buyers. Bocconi, then postgraduate work in psychology, sociology and image. TEDx speaker. Featured in Forbes, Class CNBC, Sky, AP, Business Insider.
I learned to read a room long before I learned to read a balance sheet. I had to. It looks like a gift. It's twenty years of craft that started as survival, and it's what my clients pay for: I read them exactly as they are, usually faster than they'd like, and turn what I see into a positioning they can sell from.
Everything I do rests on three pillars, and I didn't invent them at a desk, I lived through them. Brand is the story: the one you tell, and the one that has been told about you. Environment is the rooms that shaped you and the rooms you want to enter. You learn to read them and how they read you, so you stop being shaped by them and start shaping them. Identity is the centre. No strategy, message or image holds if it isn't aligned with it. I learned all three for survival, before I had a word for any of them. Now I use them with intention, to build freedom and the growth that comes with it.
An icon isn't the most famous person in the room. It's the one who is fully themselves in public and unmistakable for it. You don't get there by adding a persona. You get there by taking one off.
Tuesdays are where I show you how, one concept at a time.

"Claudia is absolutely masterful in how she architects her work. It felt deep, rooted and safe. Becuase of Claudia's strategic program design I felt like I had the benefits of personal attention and peer growth. The nature of my career has taken me through countless of courses. But this was honestly the most impactful course I've taken in over 20 years."
Kendra Jarrell, Writer AND Coach

"I remember this first chat we had where she stated: 'Yes, I do choose my clients.' I replied that I had chosen her too. [...] At first, I thought it would be like: 'OK, I'm relying on a professional. Communication, done.' Instead, she made me work hard. I have to say this was a beautiful surprise"
LUCA PUGGIONI, GENERAL MANAGER AZIMUT

“After nine weeks [of working with Claudia], I doubled my consultation price, my social media impressions are 100 times more, I'm getting inbound messages and requests, I was invited as a guest on a podcast about design, and I had a conversation with a very famous actress who wants to know more about my work. It ended only a week ago, and this is already my new reality.”

When Tuesday isn't enough
Some people come to Tuesdays for a year and take exactly what they need.
Some come twice and book a call. Both are fine.
The Icon Protocol is the private version of this room: I read you, your market and how you're currently seen, and hand you your Identity Architecture in writing.
I take two new clients a month, because every analysis is mine and not a team's.
It starts with a call. Book a call with me

Know someone who's excellent, and nobody can tell?
Send them this page. That's the sentence my clients use to describe what I do, and it's the only invitation this room needs.
